Born and raised in Lynchburg, VA. My love for the sea began at an early age when on a trip to Nantucket, my dad fell in love with sailing. My summers were spent living on the boat sailing around the Chesapeake Bay. At sixteen I began my own love affair with the sea that grew out of surfing.
Bouncing in and out of the Outer Banks during the early 70?s, I wondered how in the world I would be able to live in such a remote area with work being so seasonal. So back to school I went to finish with a Business and Accounting Degree and spent 10 years in accounting. As I grew up, so did the Outer Banks and in 1987 with the love of my life, wife Nancy and our two children, Kate and Matt, moved here for good. I have been in Real Estate since 1987 and became the Broker-in-Charge for Brindley and Brindley Real Estate in 1992. A dream come true! Living at the beach is awesome! Come join us.
