Ralph has been a licensed real estate agent since 1973 and has been selling real estate on the Outer Banks since 1979. Besides his expertise in the Corolla real estate market, Ralph Also has a strong background in mortgage lending.
Ralph H Hodges III was born and raised on the Pamlico River in Washington, NC. He graduated from Washington High School and attended the Citadel in Charleston, SC. He learned the lending business early from his father who was President of Seaboard Savings and Loan and Chairman of the Board of the North Carolina Savings and Loan Association. Ralph earned his real estate license in 1973 and has been practicing real estate ever since including appraisals. Ralph moved to the Outer Banks in 1979 and started his real estate career. He has attended many seminars and classes to better himself for you. Ralph has specialized in the Duck and Corolla areas for the last 15 years. Married to the former Gail Chappell of Elizabeth City, NC and has one daughter Lauren who resides in Raleigh, NC.
