I aaw your sign out fron of a home on Roanok Dr. in Colington. 108 I think...It had a wheelchair ramp which caught my attention. I am trying to help my father find a long term rental or maybe even a lease to own home in or near Colington Harbour that is handicap accessible or could be modified to be. I am a resident of the Colington and we've recently moved back home from a few years in New England. My in laws live in BayCliff and my father owns a home in Windsor Virginia and he wants to either sell his home or lease it and move down here to be closer to me. He is a widower and living alone is taking a toll on his mental and physical health. So I've been tirelessly searching and searching to no avail. Whatever assistance you could provide would be great!
