Chrissy Brady

In contrast to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains where Chrissy is from, family vacations were spent on The Outer Banks as a child. After getting married and starting their family in Charlotte, NC, Chrissy and her husband ventured to the suburbs of Philadelphia on the Mainline where they began a small business in the automobile industry. Over the following twelve years, they grew their family and business. Southerners at heart, they knew they wanted to eventually migrate south again. They sold the business in 2001 and while visiting Chrissy's sister on the Outer Banks for the holidays, they just couldn’t think of a reason not to make Southern Shores their new home with their three boys. Outside of real estate, Chrissy is a Master Gardener and passionate about being active. She enjoys a good workout at the gym, art, travel, reading, decorating, tennis, walks with her senior mini dachshund and of course, spending time on the water and beach!
With a near lifelong history and 21 years of community involvement in the Outer Banks, she believes we are fortunate to live in an area with beauty, safety, and a strong sense of pride. Chrissy likes to share that with others by providing information about the Outer Banks and surrounding areas. Her love of home, garden & design through the years have led to her career in real estate. Now a licensed broker, it’s an honor to be able to assist others in finding a place to call home or the ideal investment opportunity.
