If we compare 07/01/23-12/31/23 period to 01/01/24-06/30/24 period – the number of sold homes in that area decreased from 43 in the first period to 42 in the second period. The average sale price increased by 3.6% from $1,119,737 in the first period to $1,160,358 in the second. The average market time increased from 23 days to 58 days.
